Shipping Policy

At Fix Wise, we strive to dispatch all products within 48 hours of receiving and confirming your order. Upon placing your order, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time. We take great care in ensuring that your order is insured during transit until it reaches you or is picked up.

Please note that a confirmation signature is required upon receipt of the products. By signing, you accept responsibility for the items delivered. In cases where the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser (such as when a gift is delivered), this signature will serve as proof of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES(based on selection)- All domestic orders are delivered for free of charge, you can also opt for express delivery.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES- There are no additional charges. The total payable amount is indicated on the individual items.

DELIVERY TIME -This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver orders within 4 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays)
