Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return based on the conditions outlined below.
Returns and Refunds
Non-Consumable Products:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for non-consumable products.

The product must be unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

If the product is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange for the same item or a refund.
Consumable Products:

Consumable products are not eligible for return or refund once purchased, unless the item is defective or damaged.

If the consumable product is damaged upon arrival, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
